What Does a Thermal Camera Do?
A thermal imaging camera (technically known as a thermographic camera) basically allows us to see the temperature of a surface.
By using a thermal camera we can determine if there's a moisture leak which will eventually destroy your ceiling, walls or floors. We can also use a thermal camera to detect the presence of nasty pests like termites hiding behind walls.
Another use of using a thermal camera is to locate problem areas which prevent your home from being energy efficient. Cool air escaping your home will only create an added stress on your air conditioner to keep your home cool in the summer.
Our tools like a thermal imaging camera allow us to perform building & pest inspections up to the highest standard.
